California Intact Animal Cap Bill Passes Senate

California Assembly Bill 241, limits the number of intact dogs a person or business can have to 50 animal.

Fortunately, rescue businesses are exempt and so are research facilities. If you have more than the number dictated by the sate they can simply take them from you. same thing that happens in China. But I have to admit our state laws are a lot more relaxed than in China. One dog and one child seems to be too inhumane, but I guess 50 dogs is probably enough for any one person. For a multi location importer it might not seem so generous.
